Regulations of the ReCharge service

The Regulations define the rules for the provision of the "ReCharge" service by LMVIS LTD, Unit 1 Holme Lacy Industrial Estate, Hereford, England, HR2 6DR, VAT Number: 321 4315 50, Company Number: 11898043.

The Service will be performed as agreed in the specification. The following annexes to the contract constitute the specification.

As part of the "ReCharge" service, available and previously mentioned marketing communication channels will be used.

The blog content development will be prepared based on generally available materials or materials sent by the Client. The Customer has the right to submit two rounds of corrections to the blog entries received.

In the absence of objections within four calendar days of sending the blog - publication will be made.

In the absence of a listing in Google My Business, a new business card will be created, provided that the Customer sends a PIN generated by Google necessary for verification.

LMVIS LTD has no obligation to send the Customer posting suggestions for Google My Business.

As part of cataloguing, customer data will be placed in online catalogues and online databases.

In the event of technical problems with external service providers, e.g. Google, the Customer is not responsible for the failure to provide, for example, a Google business card.

The Customer's failure to provide information, data or guidelines does not suspend the implementation of the remaining elements of the Agreement. LMVIS LTD may offer a limited service.

LMVIS LTD has the right to refuse to provide the Service if the subject of the Agreement violates the principles of Google operation or the provisions of Polish law.

The Customer is obliged to cooperate with LMVIS LTD for cooperation contact to implement the Agreement properly.

The Customer accepts that the Agreement is an agreement of due care.

The Client accepts that LMVITS LTD is not obliged to perform the actions again if they are removed or violated by the Client's or third parties' activities.

The Customer declares that he has read the Regulations mentioned above of the Service.

The scope and type of the most significant changes on the website as part of the ReCharge package service

- Global font colour change.

- Global font style change.

- Changing the appearance of buttons (buttons).

- Changing the page background and primary colours.

- Changing items in MENU (order, content).

- Change of data in the contact form.

- Modification of any text data.

- Change any graphic or photo data.

- Changing the size of elements: width, height, if technically possible.

- Reordering elements in individual blocks.

- Change the activation or deactivation of the animation.

-Change or add a background parallax on the selected item.

- Inserting photos in the gallery.

- Switching the website to offline mode at the Customer's request.

Scope of additional activities - marketing

Google My Business: We will help you keep up-to-date information about your company on Google. We will saturate your business card with valuable information and beautiful photos.

As part of ReCharge: We will set up / verify Google My Business and provide posting - for one month.

Creative Content: Regular blogging allows you to build a narrative which results in new customers. A blog is still fresh content, a fantastic value for the positioning of your website. We will also help you take care of this pillar of marketing.

As part of ReCharge: We will deliver one blog per month. (The blog is launched at the correct stage of the strategy as determined by the strategist).

Process and important information:

The strategist prepares an individual strategy for each company.
Building a website should take no more than 28 days. Delays due to the number of changes, the advanced difficulty determined by the IT team or the failure to deliver the necessary materials to start production are not included in the 28 days.

The strategist individually prepares a strategy which he divides into stages and estimates the time of given activities.

In the absence of critical decisions that can significantly affect the client's company, the strategist cannot make a decision on his own. Then he waits for the customer's decision. However, this does not stop the subscription process and other teamwork.

The customer may terminate the contract at any time. If he does so within the first 24 months, he loses access to the website and other materials that remain the property of LMVIS LTD.

Cataloguing: We will provide you with the best quality Polish web directories! Any website that does not have a developed link profile should take advantage of this offer. We will give you the best quality Polish web directories. As part of ReCharge: We will deliver two catalogues per month.

The website care package includes:

- website updates according to the latest technological changes, WordPress environment or plugins updates - once a month

- ongoing protection of the website

- changes requiring the programmer's work in an hourly package (3h / month)

- 24h emergency support (up to 3h / month
